Alex voiced Daisy in original short film, Shift, from up-and-coming director and animator Cam Swartz. Shift continues to sweep the festival circuit and has appeared in the CANNES Indie Shorts Awards (official selection), Roma Short Film Festival (finalist), Prague International Indie Film Festival (WINNER of "Best Animation Short"), Tokyo International Short film Festival (finalist), Lift-Off Online sessions (official selection), Indie Shorts Awards NYC (official selection), and Miami Short Film Festival (quarter finalist).
